World Aids Day

Tomorrow December 1st 2009 is the Worlds AIDS Day. The MTV Staying Alive Foundation has yet again broken barriers and continues to educate our youth with importance of AIDS awareness.

This year Travis McCoy, frontman of Gym Class Heroes united forces with MTV and became a Staying Alive ambassador. He traveled to South Africa, India and the Philippines to meet with and give needed exposure on the young people who are working hard to promote AIDS awareness. These young pioneers are the pushing force in their countries for the grass-root HIV and AIDS awareness projects, supported by MTV Staying Alive.
